At Mare, each outfit is crafted with dedication, care, and attention to detail. As we follow a made-to-order approach, all purchases are considered final once an order has been placed.

We kindly ask our customers to carefully review sizing and product details before confirming their purchase, as we are unable to accommodate exchanges or refunds for size or style changes.

This policy is in place to uphold the exclusivity and precision of our production process and to avoid any disruption to our customized workflow.

Exchange Eligibility

We only accept exchanges under the following condition:

  • You received an item that is damaged or not what you ordered.

To qualify:

  • The item must remain unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Notification must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.

In such cases, we’ll arrange for return shipping and send you the correct or replacement item at no additional cost. For all other scenarios, return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Our Quality Assurance Promise

We take pride in our craftsmanship and carry out detailed quality checks before dispatching every order. From stitching to packaging, each step is monitored by our in-house quality team to ensure excellence.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video proof of the defect or incorrect item

What Happens Next?

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  1. We’ll guide you through the return process.

  2. You’ll be asked to ship the item to our address.
